YOGA + Studio

YOGA + Studio offers multi-discipline yoga, guided/visual meditations, personal Reiki Sessions, individual in-person and online engagements, and personal training (to include Fusion (combo of yoga, mat Pilates, resistance training) and Reformance (a Pilates-esque class).

YOGA + [Plus] Studio promotes the building and expansion of foundational elements of mind and body. We want you to understand your body and know what does and does not feel good, while making you aware of things that may be inadvisable for you. We teach to ALL bodies at all stages. Booking for yoga, Fusion, or Reformance? Items you will need: mat, blocks, straps, blanket. Pilates bars, travel reformers, straps, and other some other items can be provided by YOGA + for your practice.
